These terms apply to johanneswikner.se and johanneswikner.com, including subpages and language versions. By using the site you accept the terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

The bar at the bottom of the page is about cookies and statistics. Accept and Reject only control Google Analytics. They are not a separate acceptance of these terms.

1. What the site is

The site is a free personal presentation of Johannes Wikner and the projects The Swilderness Family, Put and Take Sverige and Paddlakartan. Nothing is sold here, no account is created and no paid service is delivered. Content is provided as-is.

2. Permitted use

You may read the pages, link to them and quote short passages with attribution. Search engines may index the site. You may not copy the site as your own website, scrape it in bulk, disrupt it or use it for crime.

3. Content and AI

Texts may be wholly or partly produced with AI and then reviewed. See also legal information.

4. External links

Links to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Swilderness, Put and Take Sverige and Paddlakartan go to other sites. We do not control their content, terms or processing of personal data.

5. Liability

To the extent mandatory Swedish law allows, Johannes Wikner is not liable for damage or cost arising from your use of or reliance on the site, including outages, errors in the text and content on sites you click through to. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence, or liability that cannot be excluded by law.

6. Intellectual property

Texts, photos and design on this site belong to Johannes Wikner, except material belonging to others (for example fonts from Google Fonts and content on linked sites).

7. Changes

The terms may change. The updated version applies when published on this page, with the date at the bottom. If you keep using the site after that, the new terms apply.

8. Law and disputes

Swedish law applies. Disputes should first be resolved via the contact page. Otherwise they are heard by a Swedish general court. A consumer in the EU keeps the protection mandatory rules in their home country give them.
